Question by KIZE: Your opinion on illegals receiving 4.2 billion dollars in tax returns?
Should illegals receive anything back even if they file?
Should the Treasury Dept and the iRS be checking status and eligibility?
Does the IRS have the authority to fix this problem?
Is there no doubt now that this is taking away from education, road repairs etc… And illegals are costing us even more?
IRS allowed $ 4.2 billion in credits to undocumented workers, audit says
By Charles S. Clark
September 1, 2011
Undocumented workers received refundable tax credits totaling $ 4.2 billion in 2010, a dramatic rise from less than $ 1 billion in 2005, said a report released Thursday by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration. The Internal Revenue Service, however, said it lacks the authority to disallow claims for the credit and a clarification of oftentimes controversial immigration policy might be needed.

Question by ‘sup: Social Security for Autism?
My son has autism and is severely disabled. He is almost 3 years old and has the speech of a 4 to 5 month old, that is one example of many. We are working with him extremely hard with different therapies but he just isn’t improving. Once he turns 3 years old, his one on one services gets cut off and he goes through the school district and it will be in a group setting which isn’t as good and wont help him as much as the one on one, everyone admits this but says cut backs for the schools there is nothing they can do about it. So my husband and I were wondering if he would qualify for social security so we can pay for therapies for him? We also want to know if it makes it easier to qualify if we don’t take money at all but the social security administration pays the therapists directly? All of his therapies equals out to about $ 1,500 a month and we just don’t have that much laying around after bills are payed. We don’t qualify for state medical and his insurance (Kaiser) doesn’t cover my son’s therapy’s, they only have “rehabilitative services” like after a stroke. Anyone know anything about social security for children at all????
Thank you – the link you posted, well, if it is correct my son definitely qualifies. We have a ton of medical evidence supporting everything, I guess I should start gathering it all.
Oh crap, it is based off of parents income? Do you know the cap for a family of 4 in CA?
I live in California, not Texas, but thank you.
