I waited 3 weeks for a payment to be taken out. I was told to call the hospital which the bill originated I called the collection agency and I called several other people. I waited weeks to get the payment taken out. I found out that the debt collector made a mistake and then the money was taken out after that. I found out yesterday that I was reported to the credit bureau even though I tried paying them a month in ahead. What can I do about this if anything. I find it unfair because the woman made a mistake and did not send my payment through for a month!
For all you smart sobs out there I have a son who is disabled I did not work and I did not know about the bill so dont try to get all smart with me you dont understand the situation
I went directly up to the hospital to pay in cash but they would not take it because they told me the payment would say pending soon on my account.
