Do you think your marriage was a mistake?

Question by Worried mom: Juvenile legal question. Think we made a HUGE mistake.?
My son attends a very strict school and was ticketed freshman year for battery (in punching a kid who attacked him first) disturbing the peace/battery (for rough housing with some friends who admitted they were all rough housing, yet they were all ticketed) and theft (because he picked up an ipod off someone’s desk and it was stolen from his hands by ANOTHER kid who even admitted to stealing it)

We are a middle class family, unable to afford more than what gets us by, but not eligible for assistance. So we sought the help of a family member as our lawyer. This was his first juvenile case, and we were very grateful for his help. Our son was advised to plead guilty to the assault and the other ticket would be dropped to disturbing the peace in exchange for the theft ticket being dropped all together. He was put on probation with the condition he improve his attendance at school and seek counseling.

In his campaign rhetoric, Obama claimed….

“Congress exempted Medicare from being able to negotiate for the cheapest available price. And that was a PROFOUND MISTAKE.”

Now, Obama has done exactly that!

“Obama Reverses Stand on Drug Industry Deal”
“…that any health care overhaul would NOT include allowing direct government negotiation of drug prices or require certain additional price rebates.”

That is to say … When congress did it, Obama called it a “profound mistake”.
So when Obama did the same thing, it must be a _______ __________.
