Since she entered into the relationship with me (initially online) with only the intention of STEALING as much money as she could from me (ESTAFA), married me only to obtain entry into the U.S.A. (Immigration Fraud). Moved out after finding out that she had already STOLEN all of my money, only to TARGET my brother to sleep with and “con” him now. ALL the while working here without a WORK PERMIT (or Conditional Residency). Files FALSE CHANGE OF ADDRESS Forms to interfere (and screen) MY mail!!! File several FRAUDULANT INSURANCE claims on my health insurance. FAIL to report all of her “illegal” income to the IRS (TAX FRAUD)……

Is any group in California working on closing them down or reforming laws to make them stop getting away with highway robbery of premiums to pay their top execs and avoid paying insurance claims for necessary health care? What’s up with that?

Can someone become a State Licensed Nurse (Texas), after they have filed “fraudulent” insurance claims? No conviction for Insurance Fraud, but they have been identified by the insurance company as being “ineligible” on the policy for coverage of the procedures the insurance company paid for.

NOTE: This person also conspired with a local Doctor to have her child’s medical condition proclaimed a “medical emergency” so he could be admitted and treated for a condition he has had since birth (4 years)! The insurance company was subsequently billed more than $17,000.00 for the treatment!
