Hey… Japanese Speakers?

I’m doing a script on a play I must do for Jap class.
I can’t find my jishou… so, I’m pretty much f’ ed up; ‘cus I can’t advance as fast as I’d wish…
Anyway…
How do I say “Psychologist”…? If you can; please write the kanji and the romaji…
Also; how can I translate “how can I help you??”… This guy (a employee of X business) is supposed to talk with a shrink on the phone… so, he says: “X enterprise, how can I help you?”
Tell me the name of a mental disease like paranoia, schizophrenia or anything like that, that is relatively easy to pronounce in Jap… I wanna say “X san has X disease… and needs some medication (kusuri ga irimasu??)”

Health Insurance Question/Fraud?
Hey everybody. I have a friend who is trying to get health insurance but has run into a roadblock. This friend has never had insurance and has therefore paid for any doctors visits with cash. She lost all of her records in a storm (this is Florida) and therefore doesnt know how to answer the questions on the insurance application. She isnt a law breaker, just wants to know how to proceed to avoid breaking the law. Thanks a lot for the input
