Health Insurance Company: Why Are the Democrats Attacking “Greedy Health Insurance Companies” When They Don’t Have Huge Profits at All?
Question by W.: Why are the Democrats attacking “greedy health insurance companies” when they don’t have huge profits at all?

In fact, dozens of industries are far more profitable. Health care profits as a whole are VERY anemic. They aren’t making much this way…
It’s all because greedy, power-mad politicians want more control over us because they get arousal from controlling their serfs.

Blue Cross Health Insurance Quotes: Does the 63 Day Gap Rule for Pre-Existing Conditions Apply to All Health Insurance?
Question by holacarinados: Does the 63 day gap rule for pre-existing conditions apply to all health insurance?
I have had a Blue Cross/Blue Shield plan for about 8 months now, but have never used it. Before that, I had a different insurance plan in a different state. The new plan says it does not pay for ‘pre-existing conditions’ 1 year prior to joining unless (direct quote) “transferring from another Blue plan.” Does that mean my prior insurance doesn’t count since it wasn’t a Blue Cross plan? Also, I did see a doctor 1 year ago for arm pain under my old insurance plan, but the doctor just gave me painkillers but couldn’t figure out a diagnosis. I don’t have arm pain anymore, but I have back pain. If I see a doctor now under my new plan and say I have back pain, could Blue Cross check my previous insurance and claim the arm pain and the back pain are part of the same condition even if they’re not, just so they don’t have to pay?

Do My Parents Have to Claim Me as a Dependent on Their Taxes in Order for Me to Stay on Their Health Insurance?
I’m a full time student that technically doesn’t live at home. I made $30k last year. Do my parents need to claim me as a dependent in order for me to stay on their health insurance (Blue Care Network)? Because i thought the only stipulation was that i had to be a full time student. Because the difference in my return checks would be like $3000 which is a lot, but if my parents have to send anything in to the health insurance company *which they never have and im 21* i don’t want them to just drop me, but i also don’t want to get charged with fraud.
