Progressive car insurance filed a lawsuit against claiming “fraud” so they wont pay for my therapy after my car accident… i was fine but i faked it…so i just let the time, to respond to the summons, run out so i could get default judgement and just pay it off when I get to the Navy

I got X rays and Mri’s on my knees and my back… they didnt find anything except a discoid meniscus and scarring on my patella…. nothing that prevents me from walking but on my medical sheet I didnt put that down….
