A little background. I am noncustodial parent that pays for child support and health insurance. But since the health insurance requires both the custodial parent and me to split the doctor bills. She is just taking my health insurance and still using Public Aid for my son. I believe this is called fraud. I am in the state of Illinois. How can I report this? I think it is unfair that I have pay for health insurance only to have her use public aid to get it for free. Also, public aid could try to sue me for the doctor bills that is accured
