I’m Getting Tired of Call Comcast to Get Them to Reduce My Bill?
Question by Sally2dicks: I’m getting tired of call Comcast to get them to reduce my bill?
I have cable and high speed internet with them. Every 6-12 months I have to call them and pretend I am switching providers to get them to lower it back down. For the past 9 months I have been paying $ 108 for cable and internet. I just got a bill for $ 168.
What I can I say to them to get it switch back without going thru the whole “I’m switching providers” thing.

check ur bill and ask is it wrong cos they cud be charging for things u aint using like calls u aint made and stuff, if ur that botherd change providers but keep ur number
