Question by Jan: Did anyone else see this??? No clue about the term paycheck to paycheck?
Let me be clear: I’m against anyones taxes going up. I’d prefer spending to go down rather taxes going up. This man has no grip on reality though. I was speechless for a moment after reading the article. Ask my husband, that’s a rare thing.

Even if you subtract 100k taxes and 15k property taxes, that still leaves you with 285k. That is $ 23,750 a month free and clear. With that income I could pay off my house in 1 year, replace my 12 year old car. Visit a chain restaurant after a hiatus of 1.5 yrs, and go on a date with my husband after a 2.5 year gap. I could replace my 5 year old sneakers, and spend more than $ 5 on a shirt for myself, and not worry about having enough for the power bill. Then I could take a nice vacation, since the last one I took was 7 years ago.
