This is a clip from a HK social drama movie called The Lunatics directed by Derek Yee. Chow Yun-Fat plays a homeless paranoid schizophrenic man called Chung and Stanley Fung is his social worker. Deannie Yip plays a journalist who is following Stanley’s character’s work. It is very moving and upsetting.
