I was just wondering if anyone may know about the drug cefazolin. Aparently I was given this in an IV while I wan in the hospital for a gall bladder attack, but I don’t remember it. When I looked it up on the FDA web site it didn’t sound like anything I should have been given at the time.
I was 22 weeks pregnant when I went to the ER with the attack.
Could this just be a mistake on my bill? If it is a mistake how would I handle it with the hospital? Do I go to the billing dept or the med records? Any help would be appreciated.
Also, does anyone know what Amylase and Lipase are? Showed up on the same hospital bill. They are some sort of tests, but I can’t figure out for what.
