Question by demhater: Will Obama to try cancel the judgeship 2 Mathesons brother now that he has reneged on the deal & will vote no?
Holding to form, Rep. Jim Matheson, D-Utah, announced Saturday that he would oppose his party’s health reform bill, just like he did when the House version came up for a vote late last year.

Matheson, a conservative Democrat and leader of the Blue Dog caucus, said he is convinced the massive $ 940 billion bill would “leave our nation worse off.”

“I am saddened that the year-long debate on health reform has resulted in legislation that is too expensive, contains too many special deals, does not contain health care costs and will result in increases in health insurance premiums and therefore I will vote against the legislation,” he said.

Martian Technology~~Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, our enthusiasm for the outdoors was cultivated at a young age by trips to the Columbia River Gorge, Bend, Mt. Rainer, St. Helens, etc. After college we sought out a new challenge and decided to tackle Mt. Rainer. After months of training we’d reached our goal and attained Columbia Crest on September 7th, 2008. In the weeks that followed we resolved to keep up our training regimen of weekly hikes to stay in shape. Idle trail talk led us to set a goal for ourselves: explore all the hikes in Harvey Manning and Ira Spring’s 55 Hikes around Snoqualmie Pass. Before long, we decided it would be fun to track our progress, and hikingwithmybrother.com was born. The website has improved a great deal over the years. Our trip reports focus on recommending hikes we like, detailing the pitfalls, capturing the essence of the hike in pictures, and striving to give a little extra background to the hikes we do. We’ve moved beyond the confines of Snoqualmie Pass, while still working toward our original goal. Along the way we’ve met a lot of hikers and outdoor lovers, as well as partnering with backpacker.com, wta.org, and nwhikers.net. Question by nice guy21: my brother and I were involved in a car accident by a driver driving his company car. Can we sue the company?
My brother was driving and I was the passenger. We were stopped at the red light and out of nowhere this guy in his company car rear ended us.
I wounder what are the steps i must take to sue the company and if it is possible?
A couple of facts to point out.
I have full coverage for my car and have a drivers license
My brother unfort have a suspended license and does not have insurance.
Since the driver hit us ,,, wht do i do?
Another fact:
I ended up being treated on scene for shoulder and whipe lash, but signed a release letter so i wouldnt go to the hospital because the officer at scene said something about “since my brother has a suspended licnse the driver that hit us wont cover the medical expenses.?” is that correct?
What are my options?
