A little background. I am noncustodial parent that pays for child support and health insurance. But since the health insurance requires both the custodial parent and me to split the doctor bills. She is just taking my health insurance and still using Public Aid for my son. I believe this is called fraud. I am in the state of Illinois. How can I report this? I think it is unfair that I have pay for health insurance only to have her use public aid to get it for free. Also, public aid could try to sue me for the doctor bills that is accured

Hi! My brother and his ex wife got divorced back in 1999. It was a quick divorce and he now has zero ties to her. He pulled his credit report last month and found that she has been using his Union health insurance for plastic surgery as recent as 2006. There are 4 records on his file that he had me call on to get the patient info and they were all from his exwife. Can he sue her for these? Isnt this insurance fraud and a felony?

Barack voted no as an Ill state senator on a bill that would give medical treatment to babies born after botched abortions. He claims that if the bill would have matched the federal bill he would have voted yes. Problem is that both bills are identical in wording. Barack even voted yes to amend the Illinois bill to match the amendment on the federal bill. So is he lying about his vote, or did someone commit fraud and change the bill later? If there was fraud, why is he a Constitutional lawyer not going after the person who committed fraud?

medical billing careers

ive got medical bills that dont belong to me(i have insurance!!)…and some other BS that i have no clue what its from..ive tried calling the company listed..and they refuse to help..and they cant do anything/they give me an attitude..what can i do?

its ruining my credit! i need to build my credit to buy a home!..im thinking credit fraud? or is it just wrong doings on their ends…there medical bills from places ive never been!..could it be someone with the same name as i..?]

any suggestions on getting these gone? ive tried calling ..no luck..

i also need something to get me a FICO score..a loan or something..any suggestions?
