Career path in Health care Administration?
I want to get my Masters in Healthcare Administration. The problem is, I have no healthcare experience. I currently work for a bank in the Risk/Fraud department, where I have been working for 4 years. I know that I want to work on the business side of healthcare, I do not want to deal with patients. The only jobs I can seem to find in the business side of healthcare, are medical coding and billing. Are there any other business related jobs in healthcare besides medical coding and billing?
Oh yeah I have a bachelor’s in Journalism. But I don’t want to do anything related to journalism.
What is the percentage of getting caught? Collecting UC bens in PA but just got hired for job in Nevada?
Considering taking the chance….and just want to know what percent chance I have of getting caught while doing this…Are there any loopholes?? Please spare me the negative fraud comments and why break the law comments…..am still paying for medical bills associated with a disease that PA won’t recognize but other west coast states will…just trying to get rid of these medical payments and anything additional will help.
Are there work at home jobs that I don’t have to invest an arm and a leg to find out it’s a fraud?
I’m on disability, I’m at home 24/7, I can spend lots of time doing at home work, but I will not send someone money to get work, just to find out it’s just a scam. Anyone with any real life experience with work at home jobs? Is there anyone that is a work at home Medical billing transcriptionist? Excuse me if thats not a proper title.
