Include a copy of the judges order stating that the bills are her liability. It has to be in writing though and get delivery confirmation. Once delivery is confirmed, call and try to get them to remove the charges from your name. Also call each of the credit reporting companies and dispute the charges. They will open an investigation. If they find in your favor the charges will be removed from your credit and your rating will be restored.

get a copy of your credit report from experian, transunion and equifax. then send a letter in writing to the addresses listed on the reports disputing the charges.
