I made an appointment for this Ear, Nose & Throat clinic.
I went there today because I have a severe nose congestion problem, but once I got there they did a hearing test called Audiogram and they sent me home telling me the doctor was in vacation as of today. I asked them why they didn’t call me to let me know that he was gone, and they didn’t know what to say.

I asked the supervisor for a complaint number because I came here all the way to see a doctor but they told me he went on vacation today and that’s why I have to come back next week.

They billed my insurace for the hearing test even though I never requested it and never said I have a hearing problem only NOSE congestion problem. They were very unhelpful and they knew they did commited fraud against my insurance.

I called my insurance company but they were closed just now, and wanted to know if I can get anything out of it like getting that medical clinic shut down. They are a member of American Board of Otolaryngology.
