Do you know the extent of damage Russian/Armenian organized crime has done to our health care system? ?
In California alone, Law Enforcement suggest Russian/Armenian organized crime is the primary fault of the budget problems in health care. Hundreds of illegitimate doctors are collecting money from Insurance companies for work on patients that do not even EXIST!
Right Wingers claim the strain on health care strains from below the border. But the cost on our economy of an illegal immigrant is nothing when a small crew on average can defraud the government of 10 million a year!
What can we do about this and what changes in Immigration do we need to implement to prevent foreign criminal organizations from committing such damage to our system. Also what can local governments do to crack down on damages caused by such levels of fraud!

Russians and Armenians are not together on much of anything. You are lying. Armenians were persecuted by Russians during the Soviet period. Are you Turkish or something?
Russian mob influence seems to be everywhere, but what is your particular reference? All sorts of doctors and “patients” cheat the system. Insurance companies work to contain that.

The key words in your question are: “a small crew on average can defraud the government of 10 million a year!”
The problem isn’t so much the fraud caused by certain people (since fraud is already against the law, passing more anti-fraud laws is a waste of resources.)
And curtailing immigration is also a poor method of preventing this loss.
The best way to prevent people defrauding government healthcare situations is to remove government from the healthcare business.
Government is famous for allowing itself to be defrauded in a nauseating array of ways (remember the $800 hammers?).
Individuals or corporations that must realize a profit to remain in business will not allow themselves to be snookered as easily as will an giant impersonal government bureaucracy. History proves this fact.
