Medicaid Health Care Agencies Fraud and Inadequate Care-What Protection for the Patient?

health care fraud
Tammy D asked:

if an agency continues to provide bad service, frequent no-shows, drops patient repeatedly, stays less time than contract states and approved by state agencies–threatens to void your contract when they are cited for allegations of wrongdoing and improper care –what rights does the patient have? Red tape everywhere. the state agencies who should pay attention turn their heads. The care providers or attendants so underpaid they don’t care–the agency only cares about the billing time, not the care provided. Where does the patient go for help?

I suggest you write a letter to your Secretary of State. In almost all states, the SoS has a statutory ability to sue on your behalf.
