For years the Republicans campaigned on the evils of communism and how it would destroy this country. Well we have seen the fall of communism and the Republicans needed new issue to throw fear into the American public. They avoid real issues in elections and attack the candidates.

So today the master mind of Bush Karl Rove uses the gay marriage issue and family values to sell to the public. Worked in 2004 but not in 2006.

Bravo to you! Cudos to you for listing all of this. But you forgot that Rush talked about drug users and dealers and then we found out he was an addict. And there are some idiots who think he’s credible. Another tidbit for you: In the past decade a study shows that 50% more Republicans (Presidents, Governors and Congressman) have been involved in sex scandals than Democrats. Don’t you think it’s time they get off Bill Clinton? At least he never claimed to not be a heterosexual. And to Sir William above me: Barney Frank was not a liar. He never claimed to be heterosexual. He runs as what he is homosexual. And he got elected. Maybe some people just appreciate the truth. I got nothing against homosexuals, but I don’t like Congressmen lying about their orientation.

This is superb material! Thank you very much for posting it. I hope you post it elsewhere, as well, it is very educational, it exposes the “family values” issue as utterly, abysmally, disgustingly hypocritical…behold: even while they are engaging in the conduct they criticize others for, they are looting the treasury and attempting to steal a soverign foreign country’s oil. They are evil, that is the only word for it, even their neglect for the people of New Orleans was politically driven; to try to flip Louisiana from a blue to a red state. So I applaud you for this material, it is great, and if you can post it in many other venues please do so, like letters to the editor, or submitted as op-ed pieces to major newspapers, or even sent to news departments at TV and radio stations. Anyway, thank you very much!

Great research done, congrats. but it is not fair.

the primary reason why most political/famous figures say they believe in that system, is only to attract people to come join them. to attract people, you need to seem good. but that does not mean they are real believers themselves of the system, they could be doing the opposite!!! hence, they do not represent the real ideals of the system.

true republicans/democrats who practice their personal beliefs are all good, im very sure. take a look around, and you will see.

take note of the difference my friend.

But you are right, people talk about family values and do not live up to them.
